Basic statement about coverages provided

• Includes up to one desktop and one laptop
• Up to two email addresses
• Remote monitoring
• Cybersecurity Suite
• PC Backups
• Office LAN & WAN Support
• Unlimited IT Support on covered items
• Monthly account review
• Discounted rate on IT Project work outside the scope of MSP
  • The current discount rate is $75/hr

Additional Notes:

• Older PCs will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine support (usually approved)
• Sageplan may choose to support third-party software on a case by case basis
• Servers may count as one seat, but must be reviewed on a case by case basis
• Printers are covered on a limited basis. We will offer advice only on printers
• Mobile device support is limited to the setup of email, productivity suite, and cloud backups

Subscriptions that Sageplan pays for:

• RMM Tool
• Antivirus (currently trend micro)
• PC Backups (currently iDrive)

Subscriptions that Customer pays for

• Productivity Suite (Microsoft, Google, maybe Zoho)
• Any other third party software
